Any other refreshments required by the customer are to be ordered and paid for by that customer.
School Training Workshops reserve the right to cancel any seminar if the seminar venue is required in exceptional circumstances of public importance or for urgent reasons of safety, or in the circumstances such as war, strikes, industrial action short of a strike, lockouts, accidents, fire, blockade or other such events beyond the control of Spider on the Wall Limited. In such an event School Training Workshops will give the customer maximum notice possible and return all monies paid without further compensation.
